Working in a place like Mississippi is a blessing from up above

Just like HNU dedicated to their work and their love

Life is beautiful for them you see

Even though they live in poverty

Reminds me of how life was back when I had to struggle to survive

Selling bottles in the street just to stay alive

Well you see, ive also lived in poverty

Didn’t have any kind of property

Slept on the cold floor

While daddy tried to figure out where to find money to fix the front door

Seeing a community like this full of life

Makes me want to dedicate my life

To serve those who are in need

Because when I was in need I had no one

No one to fix my house, fix my bed or even a piece of  bread to eat

Life is hard for them but they still manage to keep a bright smile

Its because people like us make a major impact

 Giving them hopes

Changing there lives
